Hi, I’m Kelly, your retreat host and a passionate triathlete.
There’s nothing I love more than getting outdoors, diving into sports, and discovering new places. When travel and sport blend, it’s pure magic, and I’m thrilled to share this unforgettable experience with you. Originally from Oxford, UK, I’ve been living in Italy since 2017 and I’m excited to share with you the wonders of this beautiful country and incredible people!

Meet Holly, our Fitness guru supporting us in April and September!
A dedicated fitness professional with over 12 years of dance experience. Since moving to Italy 2018, she specialises in Pilates, fitness classes, and barre, aiming to educate women on moving better, feeling energetic, and living fulfilling, pain-free lives.

Pilates & Trail Running Enthusiast!
A passionate Pilates teacher and trail runner, Lydia loves hitting the trails for the views, the chats, and-let’s be honest-a bit of friendly competition.
With a love for long-distance challenges, she is gearing up to circle the Isle of Wight. She first discovered Pilates in her 20s to ease back pain and support her training- now, she’s completely hooked!
She’ll be joining us in May to inspire you to get moving and feel totally energised.
